接香港DHL通知，近期欧洲海关检查发现多起发往欧洲或欧洲中转清关的货件，运单及发票上的货品名称描述不符合当地海关清关要求。
请留意运单和发票上的货品名称描述对于清关非常重要，如品名含糊不清或者笼统，将影响当地清关可能造成延误及退件等后果。
由于问题非常严重，DHL提示自2014年8月1日起，如再出现货品名称含糊或笼统不符合海关要求的货件将做退件处理。
为避免因此造成货件延误或退件，请贵司正确填写申报品名及成分,确保所有货件在运单及发票上的货品名称正确且符合海关要求，否则如被发现品名描述不合格引致延误/退件的费用与责任将由寄件人自行承担，多谢配合。
如下是品名描述不符合的货件，请贵司在申报品名描述时加以防范并改正：

解决方案：1)提供相关配件质地成份（如：plastic, metal）
2)提供是什么产品的配件 (如：phone, PC, fashion）
